Review: Iaso Slim Pm — Is it time to break the skepticism about weight loss supplements? Being a supplement-enthusiast means using a variety of supplements to improve your workout performance, fat loss, strength, endurance and muscle mass.
As a fitness trainer, I am already on a lot of health supplements, and recently, I had been asked to review this weight loss supplement from IASO, and I must tell, I wasn’t very inclined to write a review about a weight loss supplement because it holds contrary to my goals (not my beliefs). After looking at the product details on the company’s website, I have learned a thing or two about the ingredients.One pack of Iaso® SlimPM dietary supplements contains 20 servings, where each serving size is 10.5g and contains 5g of L-arginine. Other than that, you have Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA), Folic Acid, Vitamins, Niacin, Turmeric Root Extra, and a dozen other minerals and amino acids.
Because L-arginine is the primary constituent of the supplement, we need to see if it really works for weight loss. Arginine does improve cardiovascular activity and that’s why they are added to your pre-workouts, and better workout would mean more fat loss, and inevitably better results. But how about a supplement that you take before leaving for work and it automatically sheds off weight without you even moving a muscle. It’s a little difficult to buy that, at least for a person like me.
Let’s take a look at some clinical literature and see if L-arginine really has something to offer for weight loss.

Knowing that L-arginine does lead to weight loss (at least we have to rely on the clinical proofs for now), there are few other dietary and daily health regime changes that you need to adopt, because taking L-arginine all alone wouldn’t have a considerable effect.
First, you need to cut out your daily calories. A 500 calories daily cut would mean you will be consuming 3500 lesser calories by the end of a month.
Second, you need to to change your diet. Cutting out all kinds of simple carbs like refined sugar, white bread, bakery items, etc. Instead, consume more vegetables and proteins.
Lastly, have at least 150 minutes of aerobic exercise every week.
